چکیده

SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA coronavirus responsible for Acute Respiratory Syndrome (COVID-19). In January 2021, the re-occurrence of COVID-19 infection was at its peak, considered second wave epidemics. initial stage, it a double mutant strain due to two significant mutations observed in their Spike protein (E484Q and L452R). Although first detected India later on, spread several countries worldwide, causing high fatality this strain. present study, we investigated spreading B.1.617 worldwide through 822 genome sequences submitted GISAID on 21 April 2021. All were analyzed variations based effects changes nucleotides. At Allele frequency 0.05, there total 47 ORF1ab, 22 gene, 6 N 5 ORF8 M four Orf7a, one nucleotide substitution ORF3a, ORF6 ORF7b gene. The clustering similar mentioned sub-lineages. outcome study established relative occurrence worldwide. study’s finding represented that “double mutant” not only traveling but also evolve naturally with different lineage. information extracted from helps understand viral evolution results support need separating into
